Mark - It seems we constantly deal with the same annual issues when hiring. Staff sign on in May with great promise at the start of the season and then leave the second week of August just before the busy September rush. We need more mature staff who will take their part time job more seriously. Where do we find people like that.
Barry – job security, excellent working conditions, attractive hourly rate and reasonable group benefit plan are pre-requisite to attract the right type of individual. However ongoing regular and consistent advertisement in the local papers, shopping centers, grocery stores, local community centers job postings are very effective.
